combine firmware upgrade and nightly reboot (ensure that when upgrade is valid and running, no reboot occures, and allow nightly reboot when any firmware upgrade condition is not fullfilled
remove uci_commit.sh and replace it with "uci commit" because we do not use temporary configs anymore (with symlinks)
