bmxd: zuviele gw wechsel

in syslog gibt es zuviele gw wechsel wenn ogm von den gw in separaten ogm eintreffen. dann passiert es, dass bmxd glaubt ein gw ist weggefallen. ist das gw selectiert, wird ein anderes gewählt. kurz drauf kommt dann das ogm vom angeblich weggefallen gw und das preferred wird wieder gewählt.

Folge:

gw wird gewechselt -> stream unterbrochen
ssid wird auf no-inet gestellt -> clients verlieren wifi

prüfen warum das gw wegfliegt. es sollte eingelich eine "alterung" des records in der gw liste erfolgen und erst wenn nach einigen malen das gw nicht mehr da war, dann wegfallen.

vermutung: es ist mit der letzten änderung reingekommen, wenn ein knoten wegfällt und eine route darüber exisitiert.....

evt einen "alterungs-counter" vorsehen.
