wshaper was never used and was not working correctly. I alrady have removed it from all other targets.

check some shebangs. also remove trailingspaces and blank lines.

registration: move autoupdate flag to /var/etc/tmp_config/allow_autoupdate. instead using uci -c /var/etc/config....
IMPORTANT: uci stores any changes without target of the config file. uci commit is the only command which uses this parameter.
any mixed changes will stored at different locations.

- use /tmp/state uci to store allow_autoupdate flag (no need to store it permanently)
- default allow_autoupdate to "disabled"

build: disable CONFIG_PER_FEED_REPO to get all packages below bin/targets/... instead of bin/packages/arch...
This is important for gen-upload.sh and firmware to generate correct location for optional packages (opkg)

firewall: add missing check for existing interfaces. in case of wwan there where a log of errors in syslog when they do not have such an interface
